Chicken Miso Meatballs

1 lb. Ground chicken
1/4 cup whole milk
1 garlic clove, minced
Other Ingredients
3 tbsp white miso
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Heat milk in microwave for 20 seconds and add miso to it and stir to combine. Add miso mixture to chicken. Add garlic, breadcrumbs, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix with clean hands till just incorporated. Using a small scoop, make 12-15 meatballs about an inch around. Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes, flipping meatballs at the 7 minute mark.
