"Even though, seven years into Fair Shares, I have favorite recipes for each and every type of produce and meat that we receive, it's still nice to try new things.

We wanted to try a new recipe with our Swiss Chard this past weekend. We love making greens in a spicy Asian peanut sauce, but wanted to make a main dish with the greens.

We tried this yummy recipe from Fitness magazine for Indian Enchiladas, substituting Swiss Chard for the spinach.  We think it's newsletter or web site worthy."
