Join our community-building activity (read COCKTAIL PARTY) at the Fair Shares Mothership!
Tuesday, October 4th, 5:30-7:30p.m. 5021 Northrup Ave.
We invite all members (along with your interested friends and family) to join us from 5:30-7:30p.m. on the first Tuesday of the month for a happy hour so we can have the opportunity to visit and get to know everyone better. Although we love to chat during pickups, when we have a line of members waiting, we often don’t even get to say hello. We thought this would be a fun way not only for us to get to know you all better, but for you to get to know one another better.
We also would like to use this opportunity to recruit new members, so if you would like to bring a friend (or stranger) to see how it all works or to shop, here’s your chance. We encourage Delivered share members to come and see first hand all the possibilities available for trades and purchases–and if anyone does want to shop, bring a bag (and if you’re bringing a friend, let them know to bring their checkbook as well).
Some members have asked if they should bring a dish or drink to share. You’re welcome to, but we’ll have wine, beer and a snack. Nothing special, but perhaps it’s a chance to try a Fair Shares item you’ve been curious about–feel free to make a request.
