Ingredients
2 regular cucumbers or one English cucumber, chopped
Handful each dill, cilantro, parsley, and mint
2 cups milk
1 cup quark cheese
1 cup yogurt
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp. chili flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Blend all ingredients using an immersion blender until fine. Chill for at least 2 hours.
