Instant Pot Spaghetti Sauce

Member Joanne McAndrews has come through once again with a winning recipe. This one from Detoxinista is great for those of you with an Instant Pot. Those without a pressure cooker can get out your Slow Food standby, the crockpot, and enjoy a more leisurely pace for dinner prep. 2 pounds fresh tomatoes, cut into quarters
2 small yellow onions, cut into quarters
2 large carrots, cut into large chunks
2 cloves garlic (whole)
2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons dried basil
1 teaspoon sea salt
6 ounces tomato paste (no salt added)

Fair Shares has created a new level of sales opportunities for area growers beyond restaurants and farmers markets. They have simplified for us the most difficult part of farming: marketing. Selling to Fair Shares has enabled us to sell larger quantities of produce with great ease. Not only is the ordering process simple but we can combine our deliveries with other farms in our area. Their commitment to supporting small local farms is unparalleled in the St Louis area, and we love them for it!
