Fried Mushroom Snack

We got mostly oyster mushrooms this week because the shiitakes just aren't ready yet, so I thought a little inspiration to get your creative juices flowing was in order. This oyster mushroom photo on Spice The Plate looks so good I might have to try this.

Tip: Dried Tomatoes
