We raised money for a cheese press for the Marcoots a few years ago and they want to thank you, Mr. and/or Ms. Fair Shares Member by giving you a $5 discount to the May 3rd Cheese and Beer tasting at 2:00p.m. at the farm. This is a great opportunity to see where your cheese is made and how we’re all a community supporting agriculture.
As a special bonus, our own UCity involunteer Stephen Hale will be there personally to represent Schlafly Beer and lead the guided beer and cheese pairings with Amy Marcoot. Discover how the flavors of both the cheese and beer transform, meld, and complement one another with a variety of pairings that will highlight the distinctive flavors and characteristics of each.
