Tomatillo Salsa

This is delicious with chicken and rice or just chips!

1 tsp honey
1 bunch cilantro
1 small onion
1 jalapeño
Other ingredients
1 tbsp Lime juice
1 clove garlic
Salt to taste
Peel and rinse tomatillos. Pat dry and place on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Move rack 6 inches below broiler and broil for 7-10 minutes, just until tomatillo skin starts to blister. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and combine.
