Roasted Plums
Preparation
* 1 1/2 pound red plums, pitted and sliced
* 1/4 cup sugar
* 1 tsp cinnamon
* 1 tsp ground ginger
* 1/4 tsp nutmeg
* 1/3 cup orange juice
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Lay sliced plums in an 8-inch square baking dish. Combine sugar, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg and sprinkle over plums. Drizzle orange juice on top. Toss gently. Cover with foil and roast for 20 minutes.
Serve over ice cream, pancakes, or waffles.
