Roasted Winter Squash

INGREDIENTS
All Fair Shares
Winter squash of choice
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp oil
Salt and pepper to taste
 
METHOD
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut squash in half. Scoop and discard seeds. Slice squash into 1 inch slices. Mix syrup, honey, and oil together in a small bowl. Place squash in a large bowl and drizzle sauce over it, tossing to coat. Place squash on a parchment-lined baking tray and bake for 25-35 minutes. Rotate tray halfway through. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to serve.
