Asian Lettuce Wraps

Whenever I pick up a lovey head of lettuce, I make this. It’s easy and delicious.

Ground chicken
2 tbsp soy sauce
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
Other Ingredients
1 small onion, diced
Small can of water chestnuts, diced
1/4 cup hoisin
1 tbsp fish sauce
Sriracha to taste
Brown chicken in a skillet. Add onion and stir. Add water chestnuts and garlic. Sauté for 1 minute. Add sauces and sauté. Wash lettuce leaves and grate carrot. Serve by scooping meat into lettuce cups and garnish with carrot.
