Roasted sweet potatoes are the best addition to chili! The sweetness of the potatoes makes the spicy of the chili really pop, and the texture is a great addition. And the color–come on!

Breakfast of champions! Who doesn’t love a great bowl of oatmeal when you can add so much good stuff to it? I always make enough oatmeal for several days and just refrigerate it.

Sometimes the simplest meals are the best. Clean Plate Pantry’s Thai Red Curry Sauce is a staple in my house. I had a lovely bunch of rainbow Swiss Chard and parsley so I chopped them up together and grabbed my curry sauce.
