Fair Shares Delivery?

We're exploring the possibility of starting a Fair Shares Delivery Service, and need feedback on potential interest! Please share this with anyone you think may be interested.

Please answer the following 3-question survey (click here to answer in an email):
1. Where would you be interested in getting your food delivered (please number 1, 2, and 3 in order of most to least preferred): home, work, school/daycare
2. Would you prefer to pay a set fee per delivery or to have the delivery fee worked into the price of the share?
3. What is your zip code: 1. Home     2. Work     3. School/daycare
We would have a minimum membership requirement for business/school delivery.
If you know others who may be interested, please pass this along. If you work in a place with an Intranet or internal bulletin, we would appreciate your help getting this posted.

Any other comments or suggestions are welcome:

Fair Shares has created a new level of sales opportunities for area growers beyond restaurants and farmers markets. They have simplified for us the most difficult part of farming: marketing. Selling to Fair Shares has enabled us to sell larger quantities of produce with great ease. Not only is the ordering process simple but we can combine our deliveries with other farms in our area. Their commitment to supporting small local farms is unparalleled in the St Louis area, and we love them for it!
