Saint Louis University CSA Survey

Dear Fair Shares members and past members,

Jacqueline Price, a Saint Louis University dietetic intern and graduate student, is inviting you to participate in a study aimed at identifying the motivations of CSA participants and their satisfaction with CSA programs. Responses from members (or former members) like you will help provide me with information that will be helpful in maintaining a quality CSA program and helping to grow the local food movement in Saint Louis.

Your participation will involve completing an online survey, to which a link can be found below. This survey is estimated to take approximately 20 minutes to complete, asking questions regarding your reasons for joining a CSA, expectations of the CSA, level of satisfaction with the CSA, and other questions that will allow us to better understand and serve your needs as a CSA member. Your participation in this study will be anonymous, though the information you provide will benefit Fair Shares so that we can continue to improve our programs.

Thank you for your participation!
