At Bittersweet Artisan Truffles, we do not believe that quality stops with the best ingredients. Our products are made in small batches, by hand, with freshly purchased all-natural premium ingredients. The heavenly combination of milk chocolate, dark chocolate and fleur de sel are made even more decadent with the addition of buttery caramel in this sauce. Fleur de sel is hand-harvest sea salt from the coast of Brittany in France. It brings out the intensity of the dark chocolate. Try it on ice cream or add as a final touch to berries, pastries, and cakes. Stir into hot coffee or a great mocha to liven up your pick-me-up drink.
Ingredients: Pure cane sugar, Cream, 64% Dark Chocolate, 35% Milk Chocolate, Butter, Fleur de sel, Vanilla
Instructions: Heat gently. Enjoy immensely. Place open jar in microwave and heat in 5-10 second intervals. Stir sauce between heatings. Store in refrigerator and enjoy within 2 months of purchase.” (we found it was gone within two days).
