As many of you know, this saag paneer is so flavorful that it can carry the whole meal. Saute some squash in olive oil until soft, add the saag paneer to heat through and serve over basmati rice, prepared per package directions. Garnish with Greek yogurt and toasted pecans. Warmed pita on the side. Dinner’s ready.
