With a home base in Carbondale, IL, Tony Wood travels a long way to fish and process the some of the highest quality wild Alaskan salmon available. Fishing the waters of Bristol Bay, Alaska with his team since 2000, it is important to Tony that his fish is sustainably caught and his practices do not harm or affect the surrounding wildlife. To ensure the best quality salmon, Tony’s crew processes the caught fish themselves before it is sent out to restaurants and vendors around the country. Fair Shares is lucky to work with Tony (and his lovely with Heather) directly, as he is located so close to us, so that we are truly getting this salmon direct from the farmer!
