Marcoot Jersey Creamery

In 2010 (March 29, to be exact) the Marcoot family began to produce a plethora of cheeses. With 60 milking Jersey cows that are pasture raised and grassfed, the Marcoot family now produces numerous dairy products including cave-aged cheeses, modeled after again caves in Switzerland!
