We are greens heavy these days at the CSA. We wanted to share a few pictures (for identification) and advice.
Normally I will just eat strawberries by themselves, but I accidentally squished these so cobbler it is!
This would be amazing with beef or fish. The bok choy is wonderful cold too, so this is perfect for meal prep.

When we get gorgeous lettuce like this, I like to use the leaves as a cup for food. This was super easy to come together since I cook my black beans in large batches and freeze them in 1.5 cup bags. I also made an avocado crema that is so fresh on everything.
