Troutdale Farm called with some news this week that their water oxygenation was messed up and they lost lots of fish. They have small fish that weren’t affected, but these trout will take three weeks to grow to appropriate size, so there will be no trout in the shares for three weeks.
We have a small amount in inventory we will keep for those who need their fix before we can get more in. We feel awful for the owners Dennis and Merritt Van Landuyt (and for the fish) and hope this setback doesn’t hurt them too terribly.
