Tip: How Best to Cook Your Salume Beddu Salsiccia

  1. Thaw your sausage.
  2. Put it in a deep skillet. Fill it with water and bring the water to a gentle boil.
  3. Poach until internal temperature reaches 165 (about 6 minutes from the time the water starts boiling).
  4. Your sausage is now ready for searing or grilling (at this point, it is fully cooked so don’t overcook it). We like to simply brown it in a skillet in some olive oil.
