Bob Lober at St. Isidore Farm has grown some lovely lemongrass stalks and we’re very excited to eat some Thai and Vietnamese dishes in the coming weeks. I love a good Thai curry, bursting with bright flavors and that deep, chili burn–this may be one of the reasons I like the transition into cooler weather.
We found this blog on Epicurious.com with a bunch of good looking recipes. Our Thai coconut curry soup recipe calls for kaffir lime leaves, but this would be equally delicious if you subbed in or added lemongrass.
