1 container plain yogurt (Greek or regular)
1 large or swo small cucumbers
2 garlic scapes
2 scallions or 1 spring onion
juice of one lemon
Salt and pepper to taste

Chop the veggies into smallish pieces, add lemon juice, yogurt and salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate to let flavors meld.


Serv on gyros or with tortilla chips or veggies.
