Sautéd Radishes

Every radish is a breakfast radish!
 
Scrub and slice radish very thin. Heat a pan with butter and sauté radishes for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently until they become slightly translucent and a little brown. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve immediately alongside some scrambled eggs and the delicious sourdough waffles new to the share this season for a quick and gorgeous breakfast.
