Pork Steamed Buns

OMG, look what I made! I am not a baker, but these crazy covid times have me doing things that are way out of my normal, some of which I am actually ENJOYING!

I am not going to pretend I could do a good job of telling you how to make these, so instead refer you to the two very capable and experienced people who posted wonderful instructional YouTube videos that helped me. 

I will tell you that I used this video from Souped Up Recipes to make the dough and (mostly) follow the instructions for the filling. But…the dough was so sticky I had to add more and more flour, so I don’t know if I messed it up or if her recipe was off. I used her filling recipe, except that I used chorizo (I know, multicultural confusion), and had to ramp it up because I was increasing the amount of dough by so much to make the dough the right consistency.
