Miso Roasted Japanese Turnips
You can eat these right out of the oven or serve them at room temperature with a salad.
INGREDIENTS

Japanese turnips
2 tbsp olive oil
Other Ingredients
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp miso paste
Salt and pepper
METHOD
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Peel and slice turnips. Blot dry. Whisk miso and olive oil together. Add garlic and toss with turnips in a large bowl. Pour onto the pan with parchment and roast for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through. Season with salt and pepper.
