Spaghetti and Zoodles with Meatballs
If you want your family to eat more veggies, hide them in plain sight. I have found that if I mix spaghetti with zucchini spirals (zoodles) I don’t even know I’m eating them!
All ingredients are Fair Shares!
1 package meatballs
1 jar pasta sauce
1 medium zucchini, spiraled
1/2 package spaghetti
Boil water for pasta in a pot with salted water and veggies according to directions.
In a large skillet, brown meatballs for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring. Add sauce to pan and place lid on pan. Turn heat down to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
When pasta is done, drain and add to the pan with the meatballs. Stir in zoodles to coat. Place lid on pan and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Serve with a sprinkle of grated cheese if desired.
