Simple Roasted Asparagus
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut off the wooden ends of the asparagus and place on a parchment sheet in a rimmed baking tray. Brush asparagus with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast in oven for 7-10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the stalks. Mine were pretty thin so I cooked them only 7 minutes.
Simple. Perfect. Delicious.
