This wonderful cookbook from MACSAC (Madison Area Community Supported Agriculture Coalition) called From Asparagus to Zucchini is highly recommended for those of you who could use some inspiration and good advice on what to do with some of the veggies you’ll be receiving in your CSA. What’s especially nice about this fab cookbook out of Madison, Wisconsin is that our regions grow quite similar crops, so it’s appropriate to what you’ll see in the shares. $15.
