Roasted Cauliflower

This is super easy and very versatile. You can use different seasonings but seriously, when you can get this amazing seasoning in your share, what are you waiting for? I’m gonna put this stuff on everything!
INGREDIENTS (All Fair Shares)
Olive oil
Oo’mämē Umami Heat seasoning
Cut cauliflower into bite sized florets and place in a large bowl. Drizzle about 2-3 Tbsp olive oil and 1 1/2 tsp seasoning. Stir to coat. Place on a sheet pan with parchment paper and cover tightly with foil. Bake in a 425 degree oven for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 30 minutes, stirring at the 15 minute mark.
I will use this as part of a bowl with hummus, chic peas, and cucumbers. You can serve it hot or cold and should be good for several days in the fridge. You can also freeze this!
