Pan roasted broccoli with garlic scape lemon browned butter.
Mince garlic scapes.
Heat oil in a large lidded sauté pan. Add chopped broccoli and cook for 2 minutes, undisturbed. In a small bowl, mix 3 tbsp water with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper. Add mixture to pan and place lid on pan. Cook for 2 minutes. Remove broccoli from pan and add 3 tbsp butter to now empty skillet. Swirl for a minute or two till it browns. Add garlic scapes, 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice. Swirl for a few more minutes. Add broccoli and stir to coat. Top with freshly grated Parmesan
