Peanut Butter and Jelly Oats
I was lucky to get figs last week and wanted to do something fun and different with them, so I folded them into warm oats with a spoonful of Mound City peanut butter. YUM!
INGREDIENTS (all Fair Shares!)
1/2 cup oats
3 figs, quartered, stems removed
1 tbsp peanut butter
Boil 1 cup water in a saucepan. Add 1/2 cup oats and turn heat to simmer. Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes. Fold in figs and peanut butter. Enjoy
