Kohlrabi and Radish Slaw

INGREDIENTS
Fair Shares
1-2 kohlrabi
5-6 radishes
Herbs or sprouts
 
Other Ingredients
Purple cabbage
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
Sesame seeds
Salt and pepper
 
METHOD
Peel hard green layer of kohlrabi and discard, saving the white middle. Trim the radishes. Shred kohlrabi and radishes. Shred about 1/2 cup cabbage. Add the veg to a bowl and sprinkle with chopped herbs or sprouts. Add oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Toss and top with sesame seeds. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
