Pick-up Policy

Most CSAs don't offer an option to reschedule your pickup, but we understand that there are circumstances that come up, and we want this to be your source for groceries year 'round, so we do our best to accommodate you, as follows:

If you know ahead of time that you won't be available to get your share, let us know by the Sunday before so we don't order your food, and we can put a credit on your account, or reschedule your pickup. We cannot credit your account unless you give us adequate advanced notice!

If we do not hear from you within 24 hours of missing your share, we donate it.* 

* Communication is important--in the spring, summer and fall seasons when fresh produce won't hold over, we will donate your produce (at your cost) if you don't contact us within 24 hours to reschedule. In the winter months when everything is tradable or the produce stores well, it's not a big problem to get your share to you later, but we still want you to acknowledge when you've missed your share.

Early Cancellation

If you leave before your annual commitment is fulfilled, there is a $30 disenrollment fee if you request a refund. If you agree to leave your available credit on your account to spend later, we will waive the disenrollment fee. We request 30 days notice for cancellation.

Tip: Remove the tops from your root vegetables
