Welcome to Fair Shares Season 19 Wk7
We'll see all Full Share, Mini Share, and ODD-week Half Share members this week.
Note the ODD and EVEN half shares correspond to the odd- or even-numbered weeks of our season.
• Select your pickup time and ADD it in your cart so we can be more efficient in our organizing and distributing shares.
• After saving your trades, if you don't receive a confirmation email, your order didn't go through.
• You may update your cart as many times as you like. Only your final cart contents will show on our report. • Your standard share items will be packed for you if you do not log in to your cart.
Your assigned pickup day is [Delivery Day], but if you ever need to switch the day or location, reply to this email before 10a.m. Wednesday. We can change it easily in our system, but need to do so before we run reports and start pulling and packing shares. Note that selecting a pickup time at a different location will not change your pickup in our system; you must request that so we can change it on our end.
Pro Tip: You can browse the store when it's "closed" by logging out of your account, but keep in mind that we update the store inventory on Tuesdays just before sending out the newsletter.

Zucchini Ribbon Salad
WOW! This is so refreshing. I found this recipe in an America’s Test Kitchen cookbook. I like the way they develop a recipe and always post Why This Works before each one. The trick here is to peel the zucchini and/or summer squash lengthwise and turn it each time so you peel the veg and stop when you get the the seeds... Read more

Help us grow!
Our membership is down considerably this season. As we approached the end of last season without a plan to continue, many members found other outlets to access fresh local food.
While we're getting new trials and new members each week--and we thank you all for helping to recruit--we also wanted to remind everyone that sharing your share while you're on vacation is a great way to say thanks to your house-sitters, and giving the gift of food for birthdays, anniversaries, wedding gifts and any other occasion is a wonderful way to help introduce local eating to friends and family.
We would love for you to help us increase our membership by sharing our (or your own!) posts on social media. Recommendations work! Review us on Google and at LocalHarvest.org

Pan-fried Broccoli
It doesn't get much more simple, or simply delicious than this. Four ingredients and you will never look at broccoli the same again. You can use your broccolini in this manner as well…

Notes on Trades and Orders
If you have questions or an issue to resolve, please email info@fairshares.org. Do not reply to the order confirmation emails that send to orders@fairshares.org account--WE DO NOT CHECK THAT MAILBOX BEFORE PICKUPS, so if you want a reply, use info@fairshares.org, which goes to both Jamie and Sara, and one of us will see it.
The share clipboards below will include the fresh produce on your list, but the cart in your Farmigo account lists only the tradable items in your share. You must spend the total credit value in your cart but you are welcome to buy extra. Any amount over the tradeable value will show as Extra Credit and you will be charged additional plus tax on that amount.
Please check the descriptions of items!
Some things are sold by the pound (like cuts of meat, indicated by /lb. in the item name) so the actual price will be different from what's listed in the store. If what's in your bag is not what you were expecting, give it back. If you're at the Mothership, you may be able to choose something else. This is particularly important on items like bulk chicken breasts, where the item price shows the price per pound, but the package weight may be five pounds.
